Wire your Facebook Page to the Soogev AI chat engine and test replies before going live.

1. Connect your chat engine

This points the dashboard at your existing chat.php — the same engine your website chat uses. No logic is duplicated here.

2. Test the AI engine (dry run)

Type a message as if a customer sent it. This calls your real chat engine and shows the answer here — it does not post anything to Facebook or WhatsApp, so it's safe to run before you're ready to go live.

3. Turn on auto-reply

goes live when enabled

Once this is on, real messages to your connected channel are answered automatically using the chat engine above. Leave off if you'd rather review the dry-run answers first.

4. Test with a real Facebook message

  1. Make sure your Page's access token, verify token, and webhook are saved in Settings, and the webhook is added in Meta for Developers.
  2. From a different Facebook account (not the Page's own admin account), send your Page a message.
  3. Watch the Overview → Live feed — the inbound message should appear within a few seconds.
  4. If auto-reply is on above, the AI's answer is sent back automatically and will also appear in the feed as an outbound message.
